About Swarna Mohan

Full Circle RE Founding Partner Swarna Mohan is committed to providing excellent, personalized service to every client. She zeroes in on her clients’ expectations and uses every tool and resource available to help them, guiding them step-by-step through a systematic process that is proven to deliver. In her first five years as an agent, Swarna sold more than 350 homes and was named one of the Austin metro area’s top 500 real estate agents. In 2019 she was also one of the top ten real estate agents selected by the American Dream TV network to do short video segments on Austin Real Estate and Lifestyle for OTT platforms.

 

Swarna obtained her real estate license in 2015. Initially, her focus was on residential Real estate but in 2020 she got to work with several clients on land deals which drew her attention to the opportunities in commercial real estate. To make a mark, she obtained her Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) designation in early 2021 and since then there has been no turning back. She was able to quickly gain experience in Residential and Commercial Land Sales and Land Development, Investment Purchases, and Sales including Single and Multitenant Retail Strip Centers Flex Warehouses, and Office Condos. She has also represented Tenants and Landlords for Commercial Leases.

 

She is currently building a commercial team by hiring and training new and experienced agents to help with her Strong Client Base. She is also working with a couple of Institutional Developers in putting together some successful Joint Ventures. Swarna’s STEM background, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, has provided a solid foundation for her successful real estate career.
